Creative from the Start

Clazak is a family owned business. Steve (Shorty) Miller and his wife, Gwen, live in Apple Creek as do their sons, Clay and his wife Mariah with their son and Zack, the namesakes of Clazak. The same creativity found in our business name is reflected in each project we undertake. We are family owned, and creative for you.

History

1998- Business Established– Miller Brothers Inc – Shorty and Stace – Trim Crew
2000- Brother Paul came home from military and joined Miller Brothers team
2001- 1st Employee Hired
2006- Began doing remodeling in Kitchens and Bathrooms
2006- Company name changed to Clazak Kitchen & Bathroom
2008- Building industry crashed – tough times
2009- Business picked up – Shorty sold out of truck and had a home office in living room
2013- Shorty and Family built first Design Center with Offices behind home
2015- Started building and finishing cabinets for Clazak jobs – rented Uncle Myron’s barn
2016- Added another install crew – 2 total
2018- Clazak grew to 9 employees
2018- Purchased Property in Apple Creek and renovated into Clazak Design Center
2018- Started Offering Benefits to Employees
2019- Moved Cabinet Shop to leased facility in Apple Creek
2019- Began training classes for crew employees – 4 crews total
2020- Clazak grew to 25 employees
2020- Added Mechanical Division
2021- Added Assembly Division to Shop
2021- Added a 5th Crew to our Installation Division
2022- Purchased Ventrac’s Original Building in Orrville for new Production Facility
Now- Clazak has over 40 employees, 5 Install Crews, 3 Mechanical Crews, Design team, CADD Division, Service Department, Cabinet & Finish Shop
